Summers , 30, will never forget the way she felt after crossing the finish line of a triathlon she'd worked super hard to complete: "I [stood there] feeling ashamed of my cellulite, like all these really fit people were looking at me or something," she says. Seeing so many untouched Instagrams of women's bodies that had given birth, lost weight, or gained it completely changed Summers's perspective of her own figure; it convinced her to give her body a break: "Our bodies are never going to look exactly the way we want them to, but we can still love and cherish them, take care of them, and feel confident as hell," she says — and really believes it. To spread her message, Summers decided to take a cue from body activist and full-sized model Ashley Graham , whom Summers refers to as "a fucking goddess" for slaying the catwalk in her undies, "cellulite and jiggle be damned. So, in the middle of a deserted road that runs through a wildlife refuge in Nevada —"nothing in nature judges you," Summers says — she striped down using nothing but a baseball cap and her arm to cover her lady parts. Then, she got her own strut on, and filmed the entire thing to post on Instagram for an important reason: "We all have flaws and I think people should see that," she says. Although Summers appears to be the picture of confidence in the video above, she still sometimes suffers from moments of self-doubt or self-loathing, like many women. Except now, she knows exactly how to deal: "Whenever I look at my ass or thighs and start to think 'ewww,' I stop myself and go back to these mic drop stage walks theashleygraham has done in her undies," she wrote in her caption.
